LOCATION
In the center of the island, between Sencelles and Costitx, lies the stone country house overlooking the Tramuntana mountains. On about 14,000 square meters there is a secluded garden with a pool and a tennis court.
In the middle of the island you will find the charming village of Costitx, where you can look at the stars in the Planetarium or enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Saturday market. The larger towns of Inca and Sineu are also reachable in a quarter of an hour by car.

Most perfect house
This is the most perfect house for anyone to enjoy. It is beautiful, spacious and whether you are inside or enjoying the property, it is magical. There is everything you could need to live well for the length of your stay. The beds are very comfortable and all is designed with taste and charm. It is set in a beautiful location in Mallorca where you will hear all of the wonderful sounds of a countryside. Birds sing throughout the day. The bells of lamb and goat herds carry through the air. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible. The house is a home and it is easy to arrive and feel like it truly is yours. Andrea is the perfect hostess. She provided Christmas details so that we had our own celebration with details that make a difference. Our stay in Mallorca was unforgettable and this wonderful house is one the most magical places I have stayed! We will be back! Thank YOU, Andrea!
Fantastic host!
5 friends had a lovely stay at Andrea's place. The house is huge and well equipped with everything you need for cooking. It was very clean and very quiet - the loudest thing we heard was a donkey! The pool is big too and has shade as well as sun, and there are two outside tables, one beside the barbecue. We enjoyed the friendly cats too! The communication was good also. We would definitely come again!
Description
Finca Can Gall is located only about 3 kilometers away from the picturesque villages of Costitx and Sencelles. Not only a comfortable country house awaits you, but also a large pool (12 x 6 m, up to 2.20 m deep) and a private tennis court (20 x 40 m / tournament size). First floor: Large open bedroom with ensuite bathroom, overlooking the lower living room and another bedroom with two single beds.
Basement: Two double bedrooms with a common passage and a shared bathroom. The finca is ideal for two families with children.
The property is located quietly away from roads, but it can happen that aircraft noise is audible only in an unfavourable wind direction or changes in the flight movements.
The historic house presents itself as attractively as the large well-kept garden and big terraces (roofed by the pool). In the evening you can sit on the terrace (with a large electric awning) enjoying an outdoor barbecue. Even the facade of the historic building of more than 200 square meters, overgrown with magnificent Bougainvillea, suggests that inside guests will find a nice ambience.
The open and spacious living room with up to seven meters high ceilings and a large gallery has been lovingly furnished. You will also find this typical Mallorcan country house style in the open plan kitchen and in the four cozy bedrooms. The finca has enough space for up to 8 guests. The way to the island capital or to the sea is not far. After a drive of about 27 kilometers (just 20 minutes) you are in Palma or on one of the many beaches that Mallorca has to offer.
The other side of the island can be explored by long hikes through the beautiful nature or mountain bike tours into the Tramuntana mountains. There are nice small cafes for lunch and very good restaurants in the vicinity. Shopping facilities in the small villages as well as in the nearby town of Inca are available.
General
Basic equipment (1 large and 1 small towel, bed linen, soap, toilet paper, tea towels, 1 bottles of water, dish detergent and sponge in the kitchen, dishwasher tabs). The current need is self-procured.
WIFI is available free of charge.
Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in all bedrooms, living room, dining room/conservatory. Central heating is available in the house. The winter garden can only be heated with the air conditioning. Central heating and air conditioning are billed separately based on consumption.

Heating costs (2 Euro / liter / consumption). To be paid cash on departure.
Firewood is not available (see house rules).
Electric car only by prior arrangement. The power consumption for the vehicle is not included in the rental price.
Special socket and fall protection / fencing of the pool for toddlers are not available, high garden walls are not extra secured.
Agreements are only effective if they are confirmed in writing, also by mail or fax.
The deposit of Euro 500,00 must be made before arrival by bank transfer. The deposit amount will be returned by the landlord at least 3 days after the end of the use.
Air conditioning costs: The optional use of the air conditioning is to be paid in cash on site (0.50 € / kWh)
The winter garden, which is used as a dining room, offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean garden. Please note that the doors of the winter garden cannot be opened.
the “Ecotasa” (tourist tax) must be paid by cash. (01.05 – 31.10 Euro 2.00/ day / per person and during the period from 01.11. to 30.04 Euro 0.50/ day / per person (each 10% VAT / IVA) From the 9th day of the stay it is reduced by half of persons over 16 years.
In the dining room/conservatory, only the air conditioning system is available for heating.
